The point of an app is to find your flight time and boarding pass. My flight is delayed significantly and I have received an email first thing this morning. However the app still shows the original time and same with the boarding pass. It is about an hour away and still no updates. The gate doesn't even say it services Frontier. A bit worried as to what the REAL info is!

When it works it's great for check-in and viewing your boarding pass. But they really need to improve the reliability, you shouldn't need to manually refresh every time you open it to view upcoming bookings. It feels like you're navigating a webpage rather than an app intended to be used on a phone at times. Their closest yellow competitor has a much better app. Luckily the Frontier website is good and more reliable, especially for booking.

App is pretty flaky. I often have to try things twice before they work. we're on a two- night trip to Vegas right now. last night, the app prompted me to check in. I did, and then when I click on "view boarding passes", it shows me the old passes from the day before! I had to go to the website to get the boarding passes, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an app.
